Reception services

  • Reception working hours from 08.15 until 17.15.

  • Receiving and escorting guests to the client. If required, we can notify you of the guest’s arrival by phone. Alternatively, the visitor can be escorted to the elevator and given directions to meet the client on his/her respective floor of residence.

  • Administration, ordering, issuing client cards.

  • Registering and forwarding clients’ complaints.

  • Forwarding messages to clients.

  • Issuing access cards and keys.

  • Lending out umbrellas and fleece throws.
