Terms of Use for Ülemiste City Board Game Rental

1. Definitions

1.1. Service Provider – Mainor Ülemiste AS
1.2. Client – A company operating in Ülemiste City or an individual employee of a company operating in Ülemiste City who rents a board game.
1.3. Board Game – The board game, along with all its associated components, provided to the client by the service provider for use.
1.4. Rental Period – The time period during which the client can use the board game for free. The rental period begins at the moment the reservation is made and lasts for 14 days.
1.5. Rental Point – The location where the board game is handed over to the client and where the client must return the board game by the end of the rental period at the latest. The rental point is located at the reception desk of the Zapp building (Lõõtsa 6) and is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:30.

2. Service Provider Rights and Obligations

2.1. The service provider has the right to:
2.1.1. cancel the board game reservation if the client has not picked it up within 3 business days;
2.1.2. charge the client a penalty fee of €5/day (including VAT), but no more than the price of a new board game, if the client fails to return the rented board game by the end of the rental period;
2.1.3. refuse to lend a board game to the client if the client has previously violated the terms of use for the board game rental.
2.2. The service provider is obligated to use the client’s data only for the provision of the service and not to share the client’s data with third parties.
2.3. The service provider will attempt to ensure that all board games available for rental are complete, but is not responsible if any part of a board game is missing.

3. Client Rights and Obligations

3.1. For personal use, the client has the right to rent one board game at a time, and the board game can be taken home. For company use (team events, etc.), up to 5 board games can be rented at once, but the board games may only be used on company premises.
3.2. The client is obligated to:
3.2.1. provide accurate contact information when reserving the board game;
3.2.2. pick up the reserved board game within 3 business days from the date of the reservation;
3.2.3. handle the board game in their possession with care and avoid playing the board game in conditions where there is an above-normal risk of damaging or losing the game or its components;
3.2.4. not lend the board game to third parties;
3.2.5. return the board game to the rental point staff by the end of the rental period at the latest;
3.2.6. inform the service provider if they discover any deficiencies in the board game or if the board game or any of its parts are damaged or lost during the rental period;
3.2.7. compensate the service provider for any damage caused to the board game or any of its components during the rental period. If a lost or damaged part of the board game cannot be replaced, the compensation will be the price of a new board game.

4. Client Confirmation

4.1. By renting a board game from the service provider, the client confirms that they have read and agree to comply with the board game rental terms of use.
