Landmark in the heart of the campus
Sepapaja 10 is located in the most centered and prominent spot in Ülemiste City having the potential of becoming the notional heart of the campus. The ring-shaped building hanging above limestone walls that have been preserved is an easily understood symbol and a visual engine in the middle of the growing campus.
“A dialogue between the old and new is the general keyword of Ülemiste City. that’s the idea we’re passing along through our town planning principles.“
– Indrek Allmann, Arhitektuuribüroo PLUSS
Historical limestone building
Three business storeys have been designed to be built between the limestone walls that are being preserved, where the main tenant can hold up to 800 employees. In addition, there are several eateries on the first storey offering visitors quality and varied meals.
Innovative glass building
Next to the limestone building, an innovative business building with a glass facade and 3 storeys high is designed. An outlined, but airy pedestrian street forms between the business building and the old limestone wall facade.
To work or live
In addition to office spaces, there are nearly 160 rental apartments in the two wings of the building, where international talents can stay for one night and up to several years.
Interior decoration
The aim of the interior decoration of the building is to pass on a sense of soundness and dignity already on the first step into the building. The interior decoration of the office spaces aims to create the best combination of the new and old and also ensure a cosy and safe environment.
Floor plans
The building has 12 storeys, the first 3 of which are between the renovated limestone walls and the upper 9 storeys form an O-shape and are lifted on top of the limestone walls.
