Ülemiste City Community Building Brings Together Health and Sport Enthusiasts

The Ülemiste City 3×3 Health Model is like the beating heart of the campus, as the good social, physical and mental health of talents is the basis of great ideas, successes and development. However, as you know, taking care of one’s health is a continuous process, and improving habits must start within yourself. As a community and developers of the campus, we want to contribute to healthy changes.

To provide the community with a space for joint activities and workouts, we have opened the community building’s sports hall and dance studio for all health and sport enthusiasts.

• If you want to rent the sports hall or dance studio, check the calendar for available times and fill out the registration form.
• If you want to participate in community activities, explore the options and sign up.

Sports hall 

• Area: 459 m² (27 x 17 m), height: 7 m
• Dividable: The hall can be split into two sections with a partition curtain.
• Flooring: Pro Star Sleeper flooring made from European birch wood.
• Markings & equipment: Equipped for basketball, volleyball, and badminton (4 courts).
• Additional features: Sound system and scoreboard available.
• Changing rooms: Two changing rooms with sauna access.
• Rest room: The possibility of using a rest room with a kitchen 

Prices: 

• Mon–Fri (16:00–19:00): €80/hour + VAT
• Mon–Fri (19:00–22:00), Sat, Sun: €60/hour + VAT

Dance studio

• Area: 97 m² (6.4 x 15.1 m), height: 3.9 m
• Flooring: Pro Star Sleeper flooring made from European birch wood.
• Equipment: Tools available for general strength and conditioning exercises.
• Sound system: The gymnastics hall is equipped with a sound system
• Changing rooms: Two changing rooms with sauna access.
• Rest room: The possibility of using a rest room with a kitchen

Prices: 

• Mon–Fri (16:00–19:00): €30/hour + VAT
• Mon–Fri (19:00–22:00), Sat, Sun: €20/hour + VAT
