OLD MEETS NEW
History is exciting, but the future is more exciting. When developing the environment, it has been important to keep the old and historically valuable architecture and merging it with the modern, future-minded urban space.
Several buildings on our campus have been designed this way – starting with the first resicendes in Lurich to one of the most popular sports clubs in Estonia, MyFitness, which has brought life to a former mechanical assembly department.
GREENERY IN THE CITY –
ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTMENT
There are several great meeting places and health-supporting green spots in our community. There is a former largest private park of Estonia with lush greenery and winding waterholes for working outdoors and bigger events, a garden with apple trees and hammocks, a workout area for outdoor training, terraces with plants elevated from the ground and a lot more exciting.
CULTURE
ON AND BETWEEN THE WALLS
In Ülemiste City, there are two of the largest murals in Estonia and the Baltic States – “Ülemiste girl” by Von Bomb and “You are not alone” by Maarit Murka.
In addition to street art, there are several exciting seminars, various sports events, TV shows, parties, and pop-up art exhibitions taking place in our former production buildings.
