Koolitusel õpetab Eerik valmistama Hiina pelmeene. Esmalt valmib tainas veest ja jahust, sellest saab pelmeenidele ümbris, seejärel valmistatakse täidis, misjärel vormitakse sõrmede vahel pelmeenid. He grew up in Chengdu, Sichuan province, which is also known as the food-capital of China. After completing his studies in cooking, he worked in different restaurants in Chengdu, when he decided to open his first restaurant in Tallinn at 2012. He teaches Chinese cooking in Tallinn University and Konfutsius Institute, cooks for our guests from China and foremost introduces daily authentic Chinese food in Tallinn. On this course, Eerik will teach how to make Chinese dumplings. First the dough is made from water and flour, then it is formed into dumpling wrap, then the filling is made and dumplings are formed by hand. There are different ways and techniques that master chef will introduce to us. This time we prepare pork and vegetarian dumplings.
