Bike 2 Work Challenge Kick-off

Bike 2 Work Challenge Kick-off on April 1st

Spring is finally here! It’s time to dust off your two-wheeled friends and bring them out into the fresh air. Last year, the Ülemiste City community set a record for participation in the Bike 2 Work challenge, and this year, our plans are just as ambitious.

Every ride counts, even if you choose to ride your bike instead of driving just once a week.

We’ll gather on April 1st to ride together from various districts of Tallinn to Ülemiste City.
To give the challenge a fantastic start, let us know which area you would like to depart from and register for the group ride. By doing so, you’ll also be among the first to register for the challenge and symbolically kick off the season successfully.

Meeting points on the morning of April 1st are:

  • Sõle Circle-K
  • Nõmme Keskuse Selveri parkla
  • Tammsaare park
  • Viimsi Jussi Õlletuba (praegune Reval Cafe)
  • Peetri Selver
  • Mustamäe Keskuse Circle K parkla
  • Lasnamäe Centrum

The start times for the rides are still being finalized, but they will fall between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM, with cyclists expected to arrive at the city by 9:15 AM at the latest.

The Bike 2 Work challenge runs from April 1st to September 22th.
This year, the grand prize is sponsored by Sportland. Additionally, we’ll be giving away monthly prizes to keep the motivation going through the end of September.
Alongside Sportland, Activate and Bikeep are boosting the challenge!

Participating in the challenge is easier than ever:
– Ride your bike to work in the morning;
– Scan the QR code in the bike parking area;
– Enter your details;
– Keep up the good spirit in the following days as well.

You can find all the current information about the challenge right here on the event page, so stay tuned!
