FROM CARBON NEUTRAL
TO CARBON NEGATIVE
We are transitioning towards renewable energy, managing our resources responsibly, and adhering to the highest sustainability standards. Through careful planning and development, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint. We are gradually shifting to district heating and cooling systems with lower environmental impact.

HIGHEST STANDARDS in SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
All our new developments wear a proud badge of a LEED certificate from Gold to Platinum marking the highest standards for sustainable development.

HUMAN-FRIENDLY AND VERSATILE URBAN SPACE
Urbanization is an unavoidable global trend. Cities are expanding, populations are growing denser, and mobility has become a key challenge in urban planning. The environment should support various modes of transport, from scooters and bicycles to walking and public transit as alternatives to private cars.
These changes contribute to a more diverse, dynamic, and accessible cityscape. By 2025, we aim to reduce the number of private cars per person in the district, and by 2030, we plan to create a pedestrian-friendly, car-free city centre.

Data to green future

With the growth of environmental awareness and reporting requirements, we aim to bring accurate data to our talents to support the journey of as many as possible towards becoming environmentally friendly. For this purpose, we have created the Green City service where the talents of Ülemiste City can get acquainted with aggregated campus data and the resources consumed by their rental space.
GREEN LAB FOR
GREEN INITIATIVES

As one of the most digitally advanced countries in the world, Estonia also wants to become one with the greenest economy. Together with the Green Tiger team and leading partners from the private and public sector, we aim to take a green leap to raise environmental awareness, be the testbed for new ideas and initiatives, create a basis for a green economy and be the driving force for change in society.
