Ülemiste Community Building Sports Hall Rules and Regulations 

Effective from January 1, 2025.

You must read and understand the sports hall rules and regulations prior to use. 

Use of the sports halls is permitted only during pre-booked times. 

Persons under the age of 16 may use the sports halls only under adult supervision. 

Users are personally responsible for their own health and well-being. 

Clean sports shoes suitable for the hall floor must be worn. Outdoor shoes must be removed immediately upon entering the facility. 

Users must handle the sports halls, locker rooms, and equipment responsibly and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. 

Sports equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. The main court basketball hoops can only be used in fully open position, and the backboard height must not be adjusted to anything other than standard or mini basketball height. Hanging on the hoops is strictly prohibited. 

By the end of the reserved time, movable equipment must be returned to its designated locations (unless the next user intends to use the same equipment). 

When installing or moving portable equipment to and from the storage area, care must be taken not to damage the equipment or the sports hall floor. 

Use of the sauna must be coordinated with the sports hall operator. All safety requirements must be followed when using the sauna. Users must shower before entering the sauna. It is prohibited to use birch whisks or apply body care products in the sauna. Only clean water may be poured on the sauna heater. After use, the heater must be turned off (unless the next user intends to use the sauna). 

Damaged or broken property of the facility must be fully compensated. 

It is prohibited to bring glass containers or other fragile and hazardous items into the sports hall. 

Eating and consuming sugary drinks on the sports hall courts is not allowed. 

Smoking, consuming alcohol, and using narcotic substances are strictly forbidden within the facility and on its premises. The sports halls may not be used under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. 

The facility operator is not responsible for the loss or theft of users’ personal belongings. 

Any accidents, damages, fires, or similar incidents within the facility, as well as any damage to the sports halls or equipment, must be reported immediately to the facility operator at phone number +372 644 6666

In emergency situations, all users must comply with the facility’s evacuation instructions.
